About US

The Carlton Home & School Club (CHSC) is a nonprofit organization. It is dedicated to supporting the students, teachers, staff, and families of Carlton Avenue School. Through volunteer-led fundraising and community-wide events, CHSC helps strengthen our school community and enhance the educational experience for every child.
Our organization includes an elected board, faculty representatives, the principal, teachers, and all parents/guardians of Carlton students.

BRIDGING THE GAP

Many essential programs at Carlton Avenue School are funded entirely or in large part by CHSC. Because California’s public school funding can’t fully provide a well-rounded education, CHSC helps bridge the gap. Through fundraising, we support teacher resources and student enrichment programs. We also back school and community initiatives. Special events that benefit the entire school are funded as well.
